Regular students pay by automatic, recurring payments on the first of the month to:

Lesson packages and gift vouchers can be paid with BACS or credit card.
Online lessons
Regular students agree to do an online lesson in place of an in-person lesson when considered preferable by both teacher and student (e.g. severe weather conditions).
Holidays
Vera’s Music Studio closes from 21st Dec 2022 – 4th January 2023. The studio is open during the summer months.
Missed lesson policy
As the regular students have 8 weeks without lessons on the payment scheme, that covers most missed lessons. If you are unable to get to the studio then we do an online lesson. Should a student simply forget to turn up for a lesson, then they will be charged. If however, a lesson is missed through no fault of their own, I will send a video lesson including the work we would have covered.
Discontinuation of Lessons
Please give a month’s notice and I will prepare a statement of your account.
Refunds
Once you have made payment no refunds can be given. The commitment and preparation for those lessons have already been made by the teacher.
Covid
As required by national guidance, people with symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, or who are known to have been in recent contact with others who have COVID-19, do not attend the studio. You must tell me if any of your family test positive. Please maintain a reasonable distance when in the studio. I will air the studio well between lessons and wipe down surfaces.
